On the 22nd November a Center of Excellence was inaugurated. This was to get the Departments of Engineering to bring nonviolence into their curriculum. The Center would get teachers how to explore nonviolent technologies, especially in the context of assisting villagers with livelihood, health and education in the villages. This important connecting of the technical sciences with traditional knowledge systems would assist development.
