The Peoples Meet Yatra to commemorate Mahatma Gandhi 150 Birth Anniversary, in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry has completed 10 Days. The yatra is getting a huge and good response from the people of every segment. Especially the Schools, Colleges, Villages, Women Organisation and social organizations.
The yatra began on 2nd October from Chennai, traveling through the Districts like Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Vellore, Darumapuri, Salem, Villupuram, Puducherry, Cuddalore, Nagapattinam, Tanjore till 12th of October. Meanwhile, we are organizing interactive sessions, photo exhibitions, film shows, street corner meetings with the Students of Government Schools, Religious Institutions and Colleges.
The yatra team is putting their effort to meet all the religious leaders and getting them closer to understand the concept of Gandhi’s Vision and “Idea of India”.
